Create queues

A Queue is Heedify configuration element that manages calls while customer is waiting for a human agent to handle his request.

  • Open Queues from the main menue

  • Click +Add to add a new Call flow

  • Type a name for the call queue

  • Add agents on Agents list

    • Search agents by display name

    • Define agent skill level

  • The other parameters are optional you can find more information on the queues advanced section.

  • Click save
